Education & Action

Currently of the 80,000 chemicals used in commerce, only 200 have been tested. U.S. government safety agencies generally consider chemicals “innocent until proven guilty”. That means a potentially harmful chemical could be in the market for 10 or more years before it is discovered to be a problem.

To the average American this should be a wakeup call to be proactive and educated on health care/medication decisions. We must take the bull by the horns, so to speak.  It is our responsibility to control what chemicals our families are exposed to in our foods, homes and environment. This means finding and buying good local produce, organic foods, avoiding household chemicals that are harmful, knowing where our meat comes from and how it is produced, filtering our own water, partnering with a personal care company that you know and can trust to use safe ingredients and to be transparent with ingredient policies and green commitments.  It means educating oneself and taking action because your future, our future depends upon it.
