  2. Deanna, I am in Linda Loveless’ nation……
    A week ago my very fit, no risks… 61 yr old husband had a heart attack. His dr says he expects him to do well recovering because he is in such good shape. Having said that, I wonder if your book would give us more pertinent information. We have been seeing a Natupathic Dr who has steered us away from food intolerances that we have( dairy, gluten, etc) to reduce inflammation. Now David is under the care of a cardiologist and we are getting the more typical “low fat, low sodium”.instructions.
